Description Description Contains roads designated as part of the Bikedirect network. Roads that are part of the network are attributed depending on type and bicycle facility. Bikedirect is a strategic network of bicycle routes across the Adelaide metropolitan area that was developed to encourage cycling. The Bikedirect network provides options for people with different needs and abilities to get around by bike, and includes main roads, bicycle lanes, local streets and off-road paths. Usage Journey planning, asset management and maintenance, network and catchment analysis.

Data Quality Lineage Network based on existing road network. Completeness Data considered complete for metropolitan Adelaide however new on road and off road paths are being created on a regular basis. Only shows current situation, so routes may regularly change due to detours or temporary path closures. Positional Accuracy Accuracy considered high and is based on the existing road network and georectified aerial photography. Accuracy to 15 metres for most of the network.
